If you own multiple territories or franchises, the convention fee applies once. The business registration fee includes one franchisee, and each additional attendee has a separate fee.
The registration fee includes onsite food and drinks during convention dates, convention-related events, the Welcome Party, vendor showcase, Blowout Bash, swag gifts, and related programming.
If the business cancels and does not attend, the full convention fee will be charged.
Your badge will display your first and last name, branch name, and participant type. It will reflect what you enter on the convention registration form, so check spelling carefully.

These are the published convention planning rates. Confirm the final rate, occupancy terms, taxes, fees, and availability in the Hard Rock reservation flow.
The maximum room occupancy may be any of these combinations:
Children's rates will be paid at check-in. They will not be calculated online through the booking link because each child's age must be verified.
The hotel will charge three nights when the reservation is made. The remaining balance will be paid on arrival.

Change: Use the Hard Rock hotel room change page opens in a new tab or call +52-984-875-1100. Changes depend on availability and are not permitted within 30 days of arrival.
Cancel: Cancel at least 30 days before arrival to preserve the deposit. A no-show forfeits the full deposit.

Airport transportation details are coming soon. Cancún International Airport is approximately 1.5 hours from Hard Rock Riviera Maya.
The registration forms ask guests to confirm that their passport will remain valid for at least six months after the scheduled return date, or to indicate that a passport is in process. Guests are responsible for required travel documents, visas, or passport renewals. Additional travel requirement details are coming soon.
Hard Rock Riviera Maya is in the Cancun/Riviera Maya time zone: Eastern Standard Time, UTC-5, year-round. Cancun does not observe daylight saving time.
During convention dates, Cancun is the same time as Eastern Time, 1 hour ahead of Central Time, 2 hours ahead of Mountain Time, and 3 hours ahead of Pacific Time.

Yes. Use proper capitalization and spelling for all information, and enter your name exactly as it appears on your passport. Incorrect capitalization or spelling in your name, address, or other details will carry into subsequent records. For example, enter McGregor with a capital G. Your airline ticket name must match your passport exactly.
Expect daytime temperatures in the low 80s and evening temperatures in the low 70s. Conditions are typically warm and sunny. Sunrise is about 7:30 AM and sunset about 6:30 PM.
Bottled water will be provided in your room and is safe to drink.
Spanish is the official language, but English is widely spoken.
